- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- For multi-package orders, the 14-day window begins on the delivery date of the final package.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the shipping date (when the package is scanned by the carrier):

Return Shipping Deadline & Refund Type
Refund eligibility is determined from the Label Approved Date, and based on the date your return package is first scanned by the carrier:
- Shipped (carrier scanned) within 7 days of label approval
→ Refund to the original payment method. - Shipped (carrier scanned) within 8–21 days of label approval
→ Store Credit only. - After 21 days from label approval
→ Returns are not accepted. Return labels will expire, and packages may be refused/returned to sender.
Return Costs
- Prepaid Label: Label cost + $5 USD Handling Fee.
- Self-Ship: $5 USD Handling Fee (deducted from your refund).
Self-ship returns must include a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be accepted and/or may not be eligible for refund processing.
Taxes
Please note: For returns from CA and AU, applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-EU Returns
For returns from outside the EU, including Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These fees must be prepaid or will be deducted from your refund.

If you received the wrong product, please contact our customer support team with your order details and photos of the item. Once we confirm the issue, we will work with you to resolve it promptly, including sending the correct item.

In the rare instance of a lost package, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier to locate it. While we are not liable for lost packages, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue. To minimize the risk of loss, we recommend providing a secure delivery location when placing your order.
