Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a 14-day price adjustment period on eligible orders. If an item you purchased is marked down within 14 days of your original payment date, you may request a refund for the difference. To request an adjustment, email support@prepreworks.com with your order number and the product details. Once verified, the refund for the difference will be issued to your original payment method.
Notes:
- Applies to the same item (identical style, color, and size) that appears at a lower price on prepreworks.com within 14 days of your payment date.
- One adjustment per item; adjustments cannot be combined or repeated.
- Refunds apply to the product price only and exclude shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
- Availability matters: we can honor a price adjustment only while the item is available at the lower price. If the item is sold out (including when it is converted to a Pre-sale listing), it is not eligible for a price adjustment.
- Exclusions: final-sale items, pre-sale items, and limited-time bundles are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Processing times may vary; please allow 1–3 business days for your bank to post the refund.
This policy applies to all eligible orders, regardless of the original purchase price, as long as a lower price becomes available within 14 days of payment.
